"I just recently made my first purchase from The Dandy's and I had a very pleasant experience. I bought a generator ahead of Storm Éowyn. The staff are very friendly, professional, courteous, helpful and readily available to answer my questions and provide me with the options available. The team are knowledgeable and as a result, took the stress out of making the decision of what generator to purchase. Tom and all the staff, particularly Enda, Mark and Francis went above and beyond for us. As it could not be here on time by courier, Tom personally delivered it, driving a lengthy distance from Armagh to Roscommon. Before arrival, they went to the trouble of setting it up for us and filled it with petrol, to guarantee we were set for what was to come. I can't recommend The Dandy's enough. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. The product quality is outstanding, exceeding my expectations. The level of professionalism and customer care is incredible. They are so reliable and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Their exceptional service, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned my trust and loyalty. "Delivery was very prompt! I bought work boots for my son but unfortunately due to his very skinny legs they were way too wide I emailed and Francis called me he couldn't have been more helpful he emailed me all the other available options in his size and organised a return for the boots with Dpd very simple process and very minimal return fee for such a handy return. He was so pleasant and lovely to deal with I would highly recommend purchasing from Dandys and contacting them if you have any queries as I have no doubt they will be able to help."
